Caldwell Collection will charge $9 for ground shipping for each order under $250. There is free shipping on orders greater than $250. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

-What is Caldwell Collection’s return policy? Please note our return policy: 

  • All returns must be requested by email at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
  • ALL tags MUST be attached and not tampered with to be eligible for return. 
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your receipt must be enclosed in the returned package.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • Purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping.  Please be sure to get a tracking number to prove mailing
  • Upon receipt of returned goods The Caldwell Collection reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. 
  • Final Sale Items cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

 

-What is Caldwell Collection’s holiday return policy?

We understand that some customers like to shop early for the Holidays, and we are delighted to accommodate that with our Holiday Return policy:
Items purchased from November 1st - December 24th  can be returned up to 14 calendar days after December 25th. This means the return must be postmarked by January 8th.

These return procedures must be followed:

  • All returns must be requested by email at customerservice@thecaldwellcollection.com so that we know to expect your return.
  • ALL tags MUST be attached and not tampered with to be eligible for return.  
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

-What if my Caldwell Collection order is lost? 

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com

-Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com with any requests. 

-How do I track my Caldwell Collection order once it is placed?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization.
