Shipping & Returns

When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com

Pre-sales are designed to ensure we manufacture your size and style. We will charge your credit card immediately once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization. We will ship your order once it is manufactured. Estimated ship dates will be posted on the website. Please note: Due to the COVID-19 crisis, your shipments might be delayed.

Caldwell Collection will charge $5 for ground shipping for each order under $250.  There is free shipping on orders greater than $250. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

We ship to all 50 states in the US.

Please note our return policy:

 • All returns must be requested by email at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
• ALL tags MUST be attached and not tampered with to be eligible for return. 
• All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
• Your receipt must be enclosed in the returned package.
• Purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping.  Please be sure to get a tracking number to prove mailing.
• Upon receipt of returned goods The Caldwell Collection reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com.

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com with any requests.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

Order Information

Please contact our customer service customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com with your name, order number, and what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package.

Please contact customer service at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 24 hours.

You can create an account here by entering your name, email, and a password of your choice.

It typically takes 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at customer-service@thecaldwellcollection.com with your name, order number, tracking return information, and the items you returned.
